Incorporating Twitter as an channel into your customer experience strategy is hugely powerful in not only providing quick and effective customer support but also monitoring social brand perception. quickdialog allows you to integrate both Tweets and Direct messages into your account – this guide shows you how.
STEP 1 – ADD YOU TWITTER ACCOUNTS
quickdialog allows you to add as many Twitter handles as you like to your account. First, go the configuration module and click Twitter from the Channel dropdown: Configuration < Channels < Twitter.
Click Add Profiles.
STEP 2 – AUTHORISE ACCESS TO QUICKDIALOG
When prompted to, you will need to login into your Twitter account and grant access to quickdialog. This will allow all tweets and direct comments from your Twitter handle to create conversations in your account.
You will then see your Twitter handle in the Twitter configuration table.
